Luke is an architect living and working in London. His work combines a practical grounding in construction with a diverse range of interests in history, science fiction and craft. Educated at the Bartlett School at UCL, he was awarded the Donaldson Medal and Faculty of the Built Environment Medal for top marks in the year in 2008. In 2008 he founded Mill & Jones, a cross-disciplinary studio working across construction, interiors, illustration and graphics. Alongside his own practice, he has worked for John Smart Architects, running projects on site through their in-house contracting arm Urban Eye Contractors, and at Softroom, on a series of projects of different scales. Luke has taught at the Cass and the Bartlett Summer School. He is writing a comic book with his partner Anna Mill; due to be published by Jonathan Cape in early 2015.
