This workshop explores the principles of concrete casting in fabric moulds. Through different exercises, the students investigate how fabric stretches and holds concrete, how the formwork is made, and the physical processes taking place during concrete curing. The students subsequently use this knowledge to design and make a series of stools that are used in their school.
